Auction FAQs

I get that it’s a nice gesture, but how does this auction help Adopt-a-Shadchan? And why should that matter to me?

The auction offers opportunities to support Adopt-a-Shadchan at every touchpoint. When you register as a bidder, you donate $1. When you RSVP to the live event, you donate $32. And every bid itself supports Adopt-a-Shadchan because we’re donating a portion of every sale (meaning, every final bid) to them. The higher the bids go, the more Adopt-a-Shadchan gets.

As far as how it benefits you:
  • You’ll feel amazing knowing that your love for art can be justified by a mitzvah.
  • You’ll be able to write off a portion of your purchase as a tax-deductible donation.
  • You’ll be ensuring that this very crucial organization is around for when you, your children, or your neighbor, niece, or a closest friend need them.
  • Plus, there are many Jewish singles who are relying on them for help right now, and you’ll have a hand in that critical work.

Do I need to RSVP to join the live Instagram event?

No. Space is unlimited… but Yaeli masterpieces aren’t. Watch the event on Yaeli’s Instagram page

(@YaeliVogel) and bid on this website in real-time so that you can win the piece you love. Make sure to REGISTER AS A BIDDER in advance.

Is shipping included in the final price for art?

Regular shipping is included in the final price. We typically remove paintings from their stretcher bars and roll them in order to ship. If you would like your artwork shipped stretched, we will build a custom box for your painting and ship it for a fee of $300.

How do I specify my preferred form of shipping (rolled or stretched)?

Please email us at info@yaelivogel.com if you’d like your artwork shipped stretched; otherwise, our default is to ship it rolled.
