There is something so serene about blue and this painting! It was definitely the goal (for those of you who were following on my insta stories with the inspiration behind this...). It was more challenging to go in a softer direction than strong color, since I was working with such a limited palette, but it was finally achieved and I approved;). Almost like the heavens being accessible to our prayers through this “water”. The goal was to keep it soft & lofty.
