Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please promptly return it within 14 days upon receipt for credit if the product is eligible. We accept returns via mail to our gallery. Items must be unused and include all packaging, parts and accessories as received. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Returning a product via shipping is on customer terms.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for up to 30 days.
As per January 2023: After an item is returned to our gallery, we will issue store credit for up to 30 days.
We will honor credits issued before this policy change for up to 3 months. If your credit was received before December 2022, we apologize but we cannot honor it as our previous policy stated credits must be used within 3 months.
Sale merchandise are final sale.
Sale and customized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
We cannot cancel a sale once it has been made.
Purim Mishloach Manot Only: Mishloach Manot are final sale, other Purim gifts such as Megillah Esther, soft cover Megillah are exchangeable.
Can I return a Print?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it. If a return is made, a credit is given, which can be used at any point in time. It does not expire. There are no refunds on prints. There is a 20% restocking fee.
Can I return Original Artwork?
Original artwork cannot be returned but can be exchanged.
Can I return Small Original Artworks?
Which include: sculptures, watercolors, mini masterpieces, cannot be returned, but can be exchanged. This is all subject to change depending on stock.
Can I return a product?
Any items from the gift shop, including: challah covers, blessing cards, haggadahs, etc are subject to store credit which is valid for 30 days or it can be exchanged.
What is the return policy on sale items?
Any sale item cannot be exchanged or returned.
Personalized Items
When will my personalized item ship/be delivered?
Please keep in mind when ordering that all personalization is hand painted by Yaeli. This can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on volume of orders. Please allow the allotted time to receive your order.
Can I return/exchange a personalized item?
All personalized items are final sale.

International Shipping
All items shipped out of the U.S. are final sale and cannot be returned.
Regular Shipping
We ship with UPS, free shipping usually takes 4-5 days, ground shipping takes 1-3 days depending on where the recipient is located. If you need your order overnight shipped, please call the store, we will input the recipients location and tell you the cost. Outside of our Holiday shipping times we ship all orders Monday-Thursday and do not ship Friday-Sunday. If you need to receive something at a certain time please be mindful of the weekend.
Holiday Shipping
Please keep in mind when ordering gifts to receive for holidays: We ship with UPS, once your order leaves the store we have no control of when it will arrive outside of your tracking number. We do not ship orders out on Saturday or Sunday, and we stop shipping orders at 2pm on Friday when we close in preparation for Shabbos, please plan accordingly for when you need to receive your order. After 2pm on Friday your order will not get shipped until Monday.

How can I view the artwork?
All artworks are located in the gallery at 513 Central Avenue, Cedahurst NY.
Are you in Galleries?
All my work is sold exclusively through me.
Does Yaeli run workshops or give classes?
Due to her love for painting and family, Yaeli devotes her working hours to painting and alike. There simply is no time for classes right now.
How can I get in touch about running a press article/interview?
We are honored that Yaeli's paintings are your topic of interest. There's much information here on our website and on Instagram that are available for you to use. Please ask and credit. For a more detailed spread, you can email danielle@yaelivogel.com to set up an interview.
What are lithographs?
The way I reproduce my art is as follows. I take the artwork to my printer and they remove it from its wooden base to be scanned. This way the resolution is second to none and the print quality is perfect.
It is then printed on high quality canvas, rolled and shipped to you. For an additional cost you can have your canvas stretched.
How can I request a custom sized print that's not listed on the site?

Is there a copyright?
All my work is copyrighted, and can not be reproduced without my written consent.
Can I commission a painting?

How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
Every Lithographs Print is made with you in mind, and they are made to order. Please allow three to four weeks for production and shipping.
Can I pickup my artwork instead of shipping it?
Of course! Pick up is at our Gallery location at 513 Central Avenue Cedarhurst NY 11516
Do the paintings come framed?
They can be! If you'd like custom framing, we can work with you based on style, space and decor. The framing is done by a 3rd party* and is a separate cost.
To frame or not to frame?
We always say - frame! It elevates the painting so much. As for what color to go with? It all depends on your space. Feel free to email us at info@yaelivogel.com with specific space questions and it’s always our pleasure to guide you. Your framer can do so as well.
*I work with a framer who offers my customers special pricing, feel free to contact me for his information
I retain the rights to each and every one of my paintings. I retain the right to reproduce any and all work I create, unless the collector has purchased the full rights to the artwork. Purchase of full rights is separate and above the cost of the painting itself. The collector or buyer cannot reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission
