Gallery Policies



We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please promptly return it within 14 days upon receipt for credit if the product is eligible. We accept returns via mail to our gallery. Items must be unused and include all packaging, parts and accessories as received. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Returning a product via shipping is on customer terms.

Sale Merchandise Final Sale

Sale merchandise are final sale.

Sale and customized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or price adjustments.


Prints - If you are unsatisfied with your purchase,  you are welcome to return it.    If  a return is made, a credit is given, which can be used at any point in time.  It does not expire. There are no refunds on prints. There is a 20% restocking fee.  


Original Artwork - Original artwork cannot be returned but can be exchanged.  


Small original artworks - Which include: sculptures, watercolors, mini masterpieces, cannot be returned, but can be exchanged. This is all subject to change depending on stock. 


Products - Any items from the gift shop, including: challah covers, blessing cards, haggadahs, etc are subject to store credit which is valid for six months or it can be exchanged. 


Sale - Any sale item cannot be exchanged or returned. 


Personalized Items - All personalized items are final sale.


International - All items shipped out of the U.S. are final sale and cannot be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: I retain the rights to each and every one of my paintings. I retain the right to reproduce any and all work I create, unless the collector has purchased the full rights to the artwork. Purchase of full rights is separate and above the cost of the painting itself. The collector or buyer cannot reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.

When will my order with personalization be shipped? All orders with personalization take up to 2 weeks to fulfill. If you need your order as soon as possible, please reach out to support@yaelivogel.com


How can I view the artwork? All artworks are located in the gallery at 513 Central Avenue, Cedahurst NY.


Are you in galleries? All my work is sold exclusively through me.


Workshops and classes: Due to my love for painting and family, I devote my working hours to painting and alike. There simply is no time for classes right now. There may be a workshop in the future. We’ll see...


Press: I’m honored that my paintings are your topic of interest. There's much information here and on Instagram that are available for you to use.  Please ask and credit. For a more detailed spread, you can email info@yaelifineart.com to set up an interview.


What are Lithographs? The way I reproduce my art is as follows. I take the artwork to my printer and they remove it from its wooden base to be scanned. This way the resolution is second to none and the print quality is perfect.


It is then printed on high quality canvas, rolled and shipped to you. For an additional cost you can have your canvas stretched.

Can I commission a painting? For sure, for commissions email sales@yaelivogel.com


How long does my artwork take to arriveEvery Lithographs Print is made with you in mind, and they are made to order. Please allow three to four weeks for production and shipping. 


Can I pick up my art instead of shipping it? Of course you can.


Do the paintings come framed? They can be! If you'd like custom framing, we can work with you based on style, space and decor. The framing is done by a 3rd party* and is a separate cost.


To frame or not to frame? I always say - frame. It elevates the painting so much. As for what color to go with? It all depends on your space. Feel free to email me with specific space questions and it’s always my pleasure to guide you. Your framer can do so as well.


*I work with a framer who offers my customers special pricing, feel free to contact me for his information.
