RETURN POLICY:

PURIM 2024 POLICIES:

Purim Returns Policy:

  • -All food and packaging items, including the Hester bags, gift boxes, white gift boxes, and any specific product packaging, are considered non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and final sale.
  • -Items within the Mishloach Manot that are not food or packaging, such as Yaeli trays or books, follow our normal return policy.

Shipping for Purim:

  • -From March 17th to March 24th, orders outside of the tri-state area cannot be 100% guaranteed to be delivered before Purim, depending on the recipient's location.
  • -International shipments placed during this time will not arrive on time before Purim.
  • -Beginning March 20th, the only way to guarantee arrival before Purim is to purchase overnight shipping, including recipients within the tri-state area. We will not accept returns for orders that arrive after Purim due to late delivery.
  • -Customers who opt not to purchase overnight shipping acknowledge the risk that their order may not arrive in time.
  • -The cutoff for ALL PURIM ORDERS is Thursday, March 21st, at 2 PM. Orders placed after this time will not be shipped out.

Shipping Delays:

  • Once an item leaves our Gallery, the timing of delivery depends on UPS and their shipping speed.
  • We are not liable for any delays caused by UPS. Customers must address any delivery or arrival issues directly with UPS.

What is the return timeframe and policy for regular-priced items?

The return policy is exchanges or store credit only. The return timeframe for regular-priced items is 30 days from the date of receipt. Once a store credit is issued the recipient has 30 days to use the credit. We do not offer refunds!

Can I return sale merchandise?

No, sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is the return policy for Prints?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of Prints, you can exchange your print for another. Please note there are no refunds on Prints, and a 20% restocking fee applies.

Can I return Original Artwork?

No, Original Artwork cannot be returned.

Can I return personalized items?

No, all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Are international shipments eligible for returns?

No, all items shipped out of the U.S. are final sale and cannot be returned.

PERSONALIZATION AND SHIPPING:

What are your shipping policies?

We ship with UPS, free shipping usually takes 1-5 days, depending on where the recipient is located- Our UPS pickup is at 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped out the following day. We ship all orders Monday-Thursday and do not ship Friday-Sunday. If you need to receive something at a certain time please be mindful of the weekend!

What should I know about International Shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on customs charges for international shipments. Customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws, and all customs charges will be payable by the customer. If you do not want to pay customs fees we recommend having a friend or family member bring your package over upon visitation. We cannot falsely declare the value of the item-this is illegal in the United States. For concerns or issues, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office.

How long does it take to ship an order with personalization?

Orders with personalization take up to 3 weeks to fulfill. For urgent orders, customers can reach out to hello@yaelivogel.com for assistance.

Can I commission a custom painting?

Yes, for commission inquiries, customers can email hello@yaelivogel.com. Please note that all commissions can take between 1-3 months to complete.

How long does it take for the artwork to arrive after ordering a Print?

Each Print is made to order, so please allow three to four weeks for production and shipping.

Can I pick up my art instead of shipping it?

Yes, customers have the option to pick up their art instead of choosing shipping.

Do the paintings come framed?

Paintings can be framed, but custom framing is done by a 3rd party at a separate cost.

Is the artwork copyrighted?

Yes, all of Yaeli's artwork is copyrighted, and reproduction without her written consent is prohibited.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

What is the policy on Purim Mishloach Manot and other Purim gifts?

Mishloach Manot are final sale, but other Purim gifts like Megillah Esther and soft cover Megillah can be exchanged with a gift receipt

Can I get a refund on Regular Shipping?

No, the initial shipping charges are not refundable.

Is there a possibility of canceling a sale once it has been made?

No, we cannot cancel a sale once it has been made.
