The Rebbe.
I’ll be honest, before I hit up the Instagram scene, I really wasn’t that familiar with Chabad. I was born in Israel, and then grew up in boro Park & Farrockaway with no trips to crown heights, ever. But now I’ve met so many beautiful people right here through Instagram who are Lubavitch. You all asked me if I have a rebbe painting, and I naively answered, which rebbe? 🤦♀️ I learned quick! I decided to learn about the rebbe and read some very inspiring stories...( I cannot paint without feeling inspired or passionate.) I was especially moved by the story with the woman with fertility issues. I watched that one on YouTube). I finally decided to pull the trigger and paint you, THE REBBE.
