Shipping & returns
What is your shipping policy?

We ship with UPS because teleportation isn’t an option (yet). Free shipping? Depends on where it’s going, but all U.S. orders over $40 qualify!
Orders placed after 10 AM ship the next business day.
We ship Monday-Friday so orders after 10 AM Friday ship the following Monday. Once your package leaves us, it’s in UPS’s hands. If there are delays, we’re happy to help track it down, but we don’t control the UPS time machine ;)
What is your return policy for regularly priced items?

We don’t do refunds—once you see your new piece in person, you probably won’t want to part with it anyway. But exchanges or store credit on regular-priced items? Absolutely. You’ve got 30 days from the moment your art arrives to make a swap. Just email us at hello@yaelivogel.com and we’ll take care of it.
Can I return items bought on sale?

Snagged a sale item? Lucky you! It’s yours forever—no returns, no exchanges, just pure commitment. Think of it like a soulmate… but in art form.
How long does it take for a personalized order to ship?

Can I return personalized items, original art or customized prints?

If your piece is customized, personalized hand-painted, or a special commission, it’s final sale - no refunds or exchanges. These one-of-a-kind creations are made with love just for you, and like a good secret, once they’re out in the world, there’s no taking them back!
Can I get refunded for shipping?

We can’t refund shipping fees, but we’ll make sure your art arrives safe and sound.
Orginal Artwork, Prints & Commissions
Can I return Original Artwork?

No, all original artwork is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Is the artwork copyrighted?

Yes, all of Yaeli's artwork is copyrighted, and reproduction without her written consent is prohibited.
How long does it take for a print to ship?

Each Print is made to order, so please allow three to four weeks for production and shipping.
What is the Return Policy for Prints?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of Prints, you can exchange your print for another. Please note there are no refunds on Prints, and a 20% restocking fee applies. Prints that have add ons such as paint, gold leaf or painted sides cannot be exchanged.
Do paintings come framed?

Paintings can be framed, but it requires custom framing which is done by a 3rd party at a separate cost.
Can I commission a painting?

Can I host an event at the Gallery?

Can I have Atelier at my event?

Yes, you can! Our Atelier kits can be customized in a few different ways for your event—you can go with our ready-made kits, add special inserts, or create a fully customized kit just for your event. Check out our Atelier Events page to see all the options and get started!
International Orders, Bulk & Wholesale
What is your international shipping policy?

We’re happy to ship internationally! Please note that customs charges, duties, and taxes are determined by your country’s laws and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are not able to predict or advise on these fees, as they are applied at the discretion of local customs authorities and carriers.
We are legally required to declare the full value of your order and cannot alter this information. If you’d like to avoid customs fees, we recommend having your package shipped to a friend or family member in the U.S. who can then bring it to you when visiting.
For questions specific to your country, we suggest reaching out directly to your local customs office for the most accurate guidance.
Are international orders eligible for returns?

We happily exchange international orders—you just take care of shipping, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What are your wholesale policies?

Starting in 2024, all wholesale orders get 30% off right out of the gate. Reach $5,000, and that discount jumps to 40/50% - because we like to reward big fans of our products.
Bundle deals? They don’t apply to wholesale orders. Each item needs to be purchased individually, since wholesale discounts and bundle discounts don’t mix.
What is your policy on Mishloach Manot and other Purim gifts?

Mishloach Manot are final sale, but other Purim gifts like Megillah Esther and soft cover Megillah can be exchanged with a gift receipt
