Color Me a Song was inspired by the MOMA. The minute I got home, I was itching to paint it all. I did not know what I was going to create, and the beginning, like many times, was frustrating. As the paint came on and the strokes were being layered on, I followed where I was being led, and a song was born!
Art is just that. It's a song. But it's more. It has to be a symphony. When the harmonies are just so, you know the painting is complete. When I stood back and saw that it touched my soul, I knew that it would do the same to you.
